Job Description: Responsible for coordinating, supervising all the functions in the Clinical Laboratory. This includes staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting that promotes cost containment, maintaining PAR and relating with various department physicians and administration of the hospital. Responsible for recognizing results or problems that require referral to the Pathologist. Required Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, Biology or Chemistry preferred. State licensure as a Medical Technologist General Supervisor, with a minimum of 3 years preferred, in the State of Nevada or eligible for license in the State of Nevada. ASCP or equivalent. Must be willing to work varied hours and on call hours if needed to accomodate facilities needs.

Job Description: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of patients within the Acute & ER nursing setting. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the patients between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNA's, LPN's/LVN's and supportive staff members. Participates in patient and family education. Maintains role as patient advocate. Required Skills:
Current RN license in the State of Nevada or eligible for Nevada RN license. Current ACLS, PALS and BLS or eligible. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably with a BSN. 2 or more years of previous experience in an Acute Care &/or ER setting preferred.
